Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-17

We want you to be happy paying for ZoomHub. If you’re not, canceling is easy, and you can get your money back.

Cancel any time

Open your account menu on ZoomHub, choose “Billing” and cancel in the billing portal. You can also manage your subscription from your Link account at link.com.

When you cancel, your plan keeps running until the end of the month or year you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Your account then moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: all your images stay online, and the ZoomHub badge returns on your viewers.

Full refund within 14 days

You can get a full refund of any payment within 14 days of it, whether it’s your first payment or a renewal. You don’t need to give a reason, and this applies to everyone, wherever you live and whether you buy for yourself or for an organization.

A refund ends your paid plan: we cancel the subscription, and your account moves to the Free plan with all your images kept.

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. If you forgot to cancel and haven’t used your paid plan since, or something else went wrong, write to us anyway and we’ll do our best to make it right.

How to ask for a refund

Email daniel@zoomhub.net from the email address of your ZoomHub account, and include the date and amount of the payment. We reply within a few business days.

Paid plans are sold through Link (Sold through Link, LLC, an affiliate of Stripe), the merchant of record for your purchase, so refunds are processed through Link and Stripe to the payment method you used. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund. Link’s customer terms at link.com/terms may give you further options.

Switching plans

When you switch plans or billing periods in the billing portal, the portal shows any charge or credit for the switch before you confirm it. That adjustment isn’t a refund; to ask for one, follow the steps above.

Your statutory rights

If you’re a consumer in the European Union, your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days stays unaffected. You can exercise it through Link, as its customer terms describe, or simply by emailing us within the 14 days. This policy adds to, and never limits, any rights the law gives you.
